Just one week before its world debut at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, General Motors has revealed the first official photo of the 2013 Cadillac XTS luxury large sedan.

As our sister publication MotorAuthority points out, this image of the production version looks leaner and shows more creases than the XTS Platinum Concept first shown at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show.

While full details won’t be announced until next week’s reveal, expect the XTS to be available with front-wheel or all-wheel-drive configurations. Of course, luxury amenities and the latest safety technology should be part of the mix, along with the previously-announced debut of the new CUE infotainment system.
